Hello Bliss

Truth.Love.Purpose.Wellness

Manifesting your souls desires is serious business, as this of course is what shapes your entire existence.  Have you put time into actually feeling into what your heart truly desires and what your life purpose is?  Have you corrected your thoughts and actions to support this?

Our understanding around manifesting a life we truly desire is growing rapidly as we start to grasp the concept of letting go of blocks to make room for the new and allow universal energy to flow freely.  Plus our acceptance of the term the “power of positive thinking” has really boosted our manifesting powers.

Knowing that everything is vibration or energy, we can also acknowledge that so are our thoughts.  Everyday we have thousands of thoughts, most of which tend to be negative or of past experiences and future projections. We worry and we complain about whats missing in our lives instead of enjoying whats here right now and the possibilities that lie ahead.  By changing the frequency of our thoughts we can change our world.

“All that we are is the result of what we have thought. The mind is everything. What we think we become.” ~ Buddha ~

Based on this we can easily accept that we get back exactly what we send out in to the universe, a true reflection of our vibration.  So if you take some time to contemplate what you need and your purpose and revisit this frequently you can gain some control over the direction of your life.

By stepping through life with no plan and complaining about other people and your situation… you may find yourself frustrated, find that nothing changes, that people annoy you and bad luck seems to follow you. Guess what, guaranteed you’ll attract more of that as thats the energy you are flicking about and focusing on.  Instead, thank the universe for the challenge, experience and the opportunity to set some intentions to move forward.  Still embrace going with the flow, please….  but know you can have a chilled out existence and still vibrationally raise your environment if you set some purposeful intentions and change the way you think.

FORMALISING YOUR INTENSION SETTING

I love to formalise my intension setting by creating a ritual to amplify its vibration throughout the universe.  They are powerful and symbolic ways to strengthen your connection to the power of universal life force energy that exists within you and all around you…  this energy is the creator and extremely powerful!

Its also worthwhile to perform these rituals daily or in sync with the moon to ensure you revisit the intension. (Hence bringing more attention and energy to it.)

An intention is a thought directed towards a desired outcome or in a spiritual context its the realisation that our consciousness can create our reality.  Are you clear on your intensions?

Intension setting guidelines:

  • Let go of limiting self belief
  • Be clear on what you want
  • Feel it with all your senses
  • Write it down and take action
  • Ritualise it and revisit it
  • Celebrate successes

Practicing contemplation, meditation and breathwork can support you in getting clear on your deeper soul desires.  These tools will support you in becoming  aware of what is holding you back from receiving and help you to manifest that which you most deeply desire in this lifetime.

SOME IDEAS TO GET YOU STARTED

Once you are clear on your intensions you may then like to ritualise the process.  Below are a few ideas to help you create a ritual to resonates.

Aromatic Intention Blend

Creating your own essential oil intension blend is a beautiful way to keep you focused on your goal.  Select oils for your blend based on personal preference, intuition and your understanding of some of their key emotional and physical properties.

You may wish to make the blend during a new moon ritual or in your sacred space to really intensity its vibration. If you feel like you need support with creating a blend – lets do a workshop with some friends and I can help you feel confident.

  • Repeat your intention to yourself as you use your blend. Focus on positively manifesting your goal and repeat your intension as you apply your blend topically to the part of your body that feels right.  It could be over certain chakra points, on pulse points or everywhere.
  • Inhale your blend and take an imprint of the deliciousness in your nose.  Continue to associate this aroma with the manifestation of your purpose. (Aroma triggers memories deep within the brain, so imprint it well!)
  • Use your blend each day to continue to remind you to stay true to your path, if you falter on the road come back to the blend and re-set.

Cacao Ceremony

You may like to set you intension during a chocolatey cacao ceremony.  Invite in the “Spirit of Cacao” and ask her for support as you share your intensions with her.  Cacao is a true heart opener and can be used to set intensions with every sip. Make this ceremony your own – there are no rules!

I look fwd to sharing a Cacao Ceremony with you in the coming months at Avoca Beach.  In the meantime try your own and read more about the benefits of cacao here.

New Moon Ritual

The new moon and the week leading up the new moon is the perfect time to set and ignite new intensions. It’s a time to get clear so you can embark on manifesting your soul desires into your life.    I suggest googling “perform a new moon ritual” and finding one that you like, or just go outside and start sharing your heart with the moon!

Using the moon is fun for a few reasons:

  • It awakens a deeper connection with nature
  • It acts as a natural clock and reminder to revisit our intensions
  • There is heightened and varied vibrational energy

Most importantly, have fun and think positive thoughts.  The more you watch and observe your thoughts and actions the easier it will be to make positive shifts to re-shape your reality. Willow x

Sitting in meditation… a  powerful technique for creating a calm and peaceful inner world.  The genius of this is that when our minds are calm, our lives are calm, and when our inner world is busy, our outer world is busy.

When we bring stillness and peace within, we experience a delicious flow of balanced energy throughout the body and in our external world. We respond to things beautifully instead of reacting to things in an out of control manner, life tends too flow over the bumps and lumps with more grace and ease.

As I’ve touched on in previous blog posts our bodies are made up of vibrational energy.  We are walking, talking vibrational beings with energy centres called chakras.  These energy centres are directly linked to your mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing.  Eastern cultures say that they spin in a clockwise direction like a spinning vortex when in balance.

By keeping this energy flowing freely through and around each energy centre, you can maintain a high vibrational existence where you are expressing in complete harmony.

Keeping your chakras vibrating at a balanced frequency can be achieved by firstly understanding the role each energy centre plays and also by using high vibrational tools such as essential oils, reiki and meditation to activate or calm your energy centres.

Meditation and aromatics are two of the most accessible and supportive tools we can turn to.  They are by far two of my most favourite things and I wanted to share with you how you can use these two natural tools for balancing your chakras and in-turn your spiritual, mental and physical expression and experiences.

Hence, the power of “sitting with the scents” is incredible.  By this I mean meditating (sitting) using essential oils (scents) to balance and calm the energy systems of the body. What a combo of yumminess!

When one or more of your chakras is out of balance its associated energy is said to manifest as an imbalance either physically, mentally/emotionally or spiritually.  It could be that one of your energy centres is over-active, so we can look at applying a calming essential oil directly over the energy centre to help quieten and soothe it.  If you have an under-active chakra we could consider applying oils that will support and generate its fire!

Once we have applied our preferred oils, meditation can support the process further by stilling the mind and calming the nervous system.  Then as we sit, we simply visualise the flow of energy through the body (however this looks for you)… the practice and the oils help us break up blockages and tension felt physically and in the associated chakra points. As we come into balance and our mental state calms, our outer world starts to reflect this.
